Directions:
- Use with Frankincense Carterii and Lavender for soothing frazzled emotions. 混合乳香或薰衣草來鎮靜情緒。
- For nervous tension and a racing mind, add 5 drops Davana, 4 drops Frankincense Carteri, and 3 drops Marjoram Sweet into an ounce of carrier oil or lotion. Massage into the chest and back of neck/shoulders for soothing relief. 可以用1oz 基底油或乳霜混合5滴印蒿精油， 4滴乳香+3滴甜馬鬱蘭精油來平靜情緒，減低腦海裡吵雜的聲音。
