Chamomile Roman Flower Oil, Orange Peel Oil, Balsam Copaiba Resin Oil, Caraway Seed Extract, Ginger Root Oil, Patchouli Leaf Oil, Mandarin Orange Peel Oil, Sandalwood Australian Wood Oil diluted to 4% in Fractionated Coconut Oil.

Directions:
This blend should be massaged on the lower abdomen area, preferably before going to bed. Since it is already appropriately diluted, it can be used immediately.
