Blends well with 適合調香的精油:
Organic bergamot, Roman chamomile, Clary Sage, Geranium, Lavender, Lemon, Patchouli, Tea tree.

Directions 用法:
- Add a few drops of Chamomile German Organic to 1 teaspoon bubble bath; add this mix to½cup of Epsom salts and gently swirl in the water for a warm, relaxing bath.
- Diffuse 2 - 3 drops in diffuser for a relaxing aroma.
- Dilute 1 - 3% in carrier oil for topical use.
- Blend Roman chamomile, German chamomile and Peppermint for a massage blend of dilution 1 - 3 % and gently massage into troubled area.
